Transparency works both ways. We do not perform exterior high-rise window work, asbestos or mould remediation, biohazard crime-scene cleaning, pest control, HVAC duct cleaning or licensed maintenance trades. When a client needs one of those, we say so and, where we can, point to a local specialist we have worked alongside.
We also do not quote a price without walking the building. Square footage from a lease document tells you very little about fixture counts, floor types, traffic patterns or how a space is actually used at 7:00 PM.
