Figures shown are typical Central Indiana ranges for planning purposes, not an offer. Final pricing depends on cleanable square footage, floor types, fixture counts, frequency, access hours and whether consumables are included. Every quote is fixed for the term of the agreement.

Billing, terms and what happens if you want out
How and when am I invoiced?
Recurring service is invoiced monthly in arrears, due net 15. Periodic and project work appears as separate lines on the same invoice. We accept ACH, business cheque and major credit cards; card payments carry a 3% processing fee which is disclosed before the charge.
Do prices increase?
Rates are held for the first twelve months. Any subsequent adjustment is communicated at least 60 days in advance in writing, with the reason stated. We have never applied a mid-term increase to a client.
What is the cancellation policy?
After a 30-day trial period, agreements continue month to month and either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice. There are no exit fees and no auto-renewing multi-year lock-in.
Are consumables included?
Your choice. We can manage and stock paper, soap, liners and sanitiser at cost plus a flat handling fee, or you can purchase your own and we will simply track and refill. Full details are in our Terms of Service.
