Insurance, screening, pricing, scheduling and what happens when something goes wrong.
Are you insured and bonded?
Yes. WECB Facility Services carries general liability and workers' compensation coverage, and our crews are bonded. A certificate of insurance naming your entity as additional insured is issued before the first shift at no cost.
Do you require a long-term contract?
No. Our standard agreement runs month to month after an initial 30-day trial period, cancellable with 30 days' written notice. Annual agreements are available if you prefer a locked rate.
Who will be in my building?
A named crew assigned to your account. Every team member passes a criminal background check and an identity verification before their first shift, wears a company shirt, and carries a photo badge.
How is pricing calculated?
By cleanable square footage, task frequency, fixture count and the finish level you need. After a walkthrough you receive a fixed monthly price with the scope of work attached — no per-visit surprises.
What happens if something is missed?
Report it within 24 hours by phone or email and we return to correct it at no charge, usually the same night. If we cannot correct it, that portion of the invoice is credited.
Can you work around our business hours?
Yes. Most accounts are serviced between 6:00 PM and 2:00 AM. Daytime porter coverage, early-morning routes and weekend-only schedules are all available.
Do you supply your own equipment and chemicals?
Yes, including HEPA-filtration vacuums, microfibre systems and EPA-registered disinfectants. If your facility requires specific approved products, we will use yours and adjust the rate accordingly.
Which areas do you serve?
Indianapolis and the surrounding Central Indiana communities: Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville, Westfield, Greenwood, Avon, Plainfield, Brownsburg, Zionsville, Speedway and Lawrence.
Are your products safe for occupied spaces?
We use green-certified daily cleaners wherever performance allows and reserve stronger chemistry for restrooms and disinfection tasks. Safety data sheets are kept on site and provided on request.
How quickly can you start?
Most accounts begin within five to ten business days of a signed scope. Emergency and post-construction work can often be staffed within 48 hours.
